Long check-in wait times, unpleasant cigarette odors lingering in rooms, inadequate plumbing leading to damaged doors, rough towels ruining comfort, poor issue response times for maintenance requests, and cluttered common areas requiring better cleanliness!!!

This place was deluxe, with spacious rooms, AMICABLE staff. We got a room with bathtubs.

No complaints, the hotel met standard. I loved the property. The location was particularly good in the middle of jackson and the staff here was amiable. I found Gettin' Basted offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The automated check-in process was convenient and quick.

The hotel was located in an industrial area. I found the bathroom door didn't lock, raising my concern for privacy. I was disturbed by loud noises and voices throughout the night, preventing me from getting any rest .

The hotel had a simple automated check-in process, made arrival easy and expedited my entry.

There was a very smoky smell throughout the hotel, making it unpleasant to relax in my room.

The sheets were clean. Hot water during showers worked perfectly, refreshing after a long day of travel. I also enjoyed the seasoned fries available, a tasty treat during my brief lobby visits.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating due to the lack of staff presence.

If you are looking for bare essentials, this place might suit you. Clean sheets and hot water were the highlights of my stay. Expect a minimal experience with both missed bookings and a distinct cigarette odor lingering in the air. Location is convenient, but few amenities exist to make it comfortable.

A noisy dog outside my door disrupted my sleep, while the cleaning staff's late-night activities made matters worse. The sheets were clean and the hot water worked well. I appreciated the renowned seasoned fries available too.

A persistent dog outside disrupted my rest, and I experienced issues with basic amenities. On a bright side, the seasoned fries were a good treat during my few visits to the lobby.

My short stay was unexpectedly amazing! Comfortable bed, free wi-fi, and pet-friendly. Superb experience!

Cozy double room with a microwave, a practical work desk, and an electronic key card - so handy! A private bathroom was attached, which was a nice touch 🛁.

The hotel is conveniently near an industrial area and the staff were friendly, just as I anticipated.
